SUBSIDIARIES
With the amendment to MTA Law No. 2804 on 17 June 2016, and subject to the approval of its parent ministry, MTA was authorized to conduct exploration and research abroad, establish companies, and get into partnerships. Within this framework, MTA COMPANY LIMITED (Sudan, 2018), MTA TASHKENT MINING (Uzbekistan, 2018), and MTAIC NIGER MINING (Niger, 2020) were established. To manage these companies under a single umbrella, MTA International Mining Inc. (MTAIC) commenced operations on 10 October 2019.
